Boca Raton Regional and Bethesda Memorial Hospitals in Boynton Beach are giving their doctors and other staff members the Moderna vaccine, beginning on Monday. Palm Beach County Health Director, Dr. Alina Alonso with the Florida Dept. of Health, says 18,000 doses are being distributed to the county over the next four weeks. She said the Moderna vaccine is the one being specifcally given in Palm Beach County because it s much easier to handle, and it also has a very good efficacy.
