Minister tells TTPost: Do better Public Utilities Minister Marvin Gonzales. - Minister of Public Utilities Marvin Gonzales has told senior management at the Trinidad and Tobago Postal Corporation (TTPost) to commit to making the corporation less dependent on government subvention.
