Arshad to start training in Tokyo today July 25, 2021 KARACHI: Pakistan’s star javelin thrower and the Tokyo Olympics medal hope Arshad Nadeem will start his proper training in Tokyo on Sunday (today). “I have taken some rest since we arrived here last night. In the evening today I will do a light warm up here at the Olympic Village and from tomorrow I will start training at proper training venue,” Arshad told ‘The News’ from Tokyo on Saturday. “I am in good health and am determined to do my best,” said Arshad, who will compete in the qualifying round of javelin throw on August 4. The final will be on August 7.
