Despite the pandemic and new challenges facing the state in 2020, the tasks set for the Defense Ministry and the Armed Forces of Ukraine have been fulfilled in general. In 2021, the efforts of the Defense Ministry will be focused primarily on internal transformation processes on a Euro-Atlantic basis. The Defense Ministry of Ukraine and the Armed Forces of Ukraine remain committed to reforms aimed at bringing the Armed Forces closer to NATO norms and standards,” said Taran.
