Vaccination centres have been set-up in all provinces

ISLAMABAD:
Pakistan’s nerve centre for Covid-19 response on Wednesday simultaneously initiated the national immunization drive for the novel coronavirus across all federating units of the country.
The inaugural ceremony of the national immunization program was held at the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC). Federal Minister Asad Umar, present on the occasion, lauded the country’s frontline health workers and said they “are our real heroes. No doubt they have put their lives at risk in their fight against COVID-19 and we pay tribute to all of them.
A memorandum of understanding pertaining to the Gwadar Shipyard construction project was signed between the Balochistan and federal governments at the chief minister’s secretariat.

Vaccination drives against the novel coronavirus started simultaneously in all provinces on Wednesday, a day after 500,000 doses of the vaccine arrived in Islamabad as a gift from China.
As per the government s vaccination strategy, health workers were the first to receive the vaccine.

Simultaneous inauguration ceremonies, held in major cities of all provinces as well as in Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan, were attended by the respective chief executives and other high-ranking officials.
ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan approved solarisation of tube wells to facilitate farmers and cultivators of Balochistan. The decision was taken Monday in a meeting chaired by Prime Minister.
