To ensure safe, adequate, and sustainable blood supplies all over the country, health workers have a significant role in different ways. Even if health workers are too low in numbers, they are vital to mobilize the community towards blood donation. All clinical and nonclinical hospital employees are expected to be more aware than the general population and take the lead to create awareness on blood donation.
