IMPERIAL VALLEY — Imperial County Coroner’s Office has released the names and ages of the 13 people who died in the deadly big rig truck and SUV car crash on March 2 on Highway 115 and Norrish Road near Holtville. The names were released to the press Tuesday, March 9, but it did not include place of origin of the deceased passengers from the 25-passenger maroon Ford Expedition. The deceased range from 19 to 53 years of age, according to the release. Guillen survived the attack. Other reiterative motions filed with the SC for the issuance of a temporary restraining order (TRO) against ATA are still pending consideration by the High Court. One of the motions was filed last February. It cited the arrest of Chad Errol Booc, a volunteer teacher, and Windel Bolinget, chair of the Cordillera People’s Alliance which is one of the ATA petitioners, at the retreat house of the University of San Carlos in Cebu City for allegedly “recruiting and exploiting minors to be trained as child warriors.”
