Published February 18, 2021, 9:36 AM Members of the Carrageenan Plant Growth Promoter (PGP)  team of the Philippine Nuclear Research Institute (PNRI) have emerged as regional winners of the Civil Service Commission’s Presidential Lingkod Bayan Award as part of its  2020 Search for Outstanding Government Workers.
