The ownership team of GAR Associates, which specializes in commercial and residential real estate appraisal and consulting services, has made David Barnett a partner in the company.
Barnett has been with GAR since 2004. He is certified in New York as a general real estate appraiser and serves has president of the company s government division.

The Rotary Club of Dunkirk-Fredonia will welcome a prominent author and celebrity as its guest speaker during the weekly noon Zoom meeting on Thursday.

The Health Department celebrated its staff and partners on Wednesday at its mass vaccination clinic at the State University of New York at Fredonia. Commendations were made and balloons released in celebration of county-run vaccinations sites administering 25,111 doses by the end of the day on Friday.
