Two men died in a Burlington apartment fire early Saturday morning, according to the Burlington Fire Department.
Burlington Police identified the victims as 55-year-old Henry Burawa and 31-year-old Michael Loyer, residents of separate units at the King Street apartment.
The fire at 199 King St. was accidental, according to the fire department. It was determined that one of the occupants fell asleep with smoking materials that ignited nearby combustibles, Fire Chief Steven Locke wrote in a statement.
