Data released by NHS England today has shown that one deaths has been recorded in the county. It comes after a week of no coronavirus deaths across Hampshire. It brings the county s total number of deaths to 1,908. The death was recorded at Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust, bringing the total to 912. No deaths were recorded at the county s other Trusts. University Hospital Southampton remains at 483 deaths whilst Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust stays at 439. Solent NHS Trust and Southern Health NHS Trust have also recorded 15 and 58 deaths respectively since the start of the pandemic.

Police were called to Tesco Express in Nutshalling Close, Calmore
A MAN has been rushed to hospital after a fight broke out at a Tesco store near Southampton. A Tesco Express was taped off following reports of an assault off last night. Police and paramedics descended on the store in Nutshalling Close, Calmore on Tuesday. According to a witness, the argument was sparked by a disagreement over a disabled parking bay. The store was cordoned off with police officers carrying out enquiries in the area until at least 7.30pm. A spokesperson for South Central Ambulance Service said: We received a 999 call at 5.09pm yesterday with the caller reporting a person had been assaulted outside the Tesco Express on Nutshalling Close in Calmore. We sent an ambulance to the incident and one adult male was taken to University Hospital Southampton for further treatmen
NO patients with coronavirus have died in Hampshire for a whole week. Data released by NHS England today has shown that no deaths have been recorded in the county since April 28. Since the start of the pandemic in March 2020, the total amount of coronavirus patients that have died in the county stands at 1,907. University Hospital Southampton remains at 483 deaths whilst Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust stays at 439. Solent NHS Trust and Southern Health NHS Trust have also recorded 15 and 58 deaths respectively since the start of the pandemic. Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust remains at 911 deaths.

Money raised will support vital facilities within the newly expanded General Intensive Care Unit (GICU) at University Hospital Southampton (UHS), where the Charity has pledged to raise £1 million towards a specialist rehabilitation area, palliative care suite, relatives quiet room, and staff waiting room.
A BOY is fighting for his life after falling from a Southampton car park. A 14-year-old boy has suffered multiple life-threatening injuries after falling from the West Park Road Car Park last night. He was treated by paramedics at the scene before being rushed to the major trauma unit at University Hospital Southampton where he remains. According to witnesses, the area was cordoned off during the incident at around 6.45pm. Witnesses say a total of 11 police vehicles were on the scene as well as two ambulances. A spokesperson for South Central Ambulance Service said: We received multiple 999 calls around 6.45pm yesterday evening all reporting that a person had been seen falling from the top of the West Park Road Car Park.
