SOFIA (Bulgaria), December 16 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria s Financial Supervision Commission said that it has entered a subsequent issue of 6,578,254 shares in Bulgarian Private Equity Fund [BUL:BPT] into the register of public companies.
Bulgarian Private Equity Fund can now seek the issue s listing on the regulated market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the regulator said in a statement on Tuesday.
Bulgarian Private Equity Fund s registered capital amounts to 19,734,763 levs ($12.2 million/10.1 million euro) following the increase.
The company raised some 6.9 million levs through the issue.
