SOFIA (Bulgaria), April 23 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria s Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) said that it has asked Bulgarian Airways Group [BUL:B2GA] to provide additional documents and information regarding its request for approval of a bond listing prospectus. The regulator did not provide further details in its statement, published on Thursday. In January, Bulgarian Airways Group issued a seven-year 15 million levs ($9.3 million/7.7 million euro) bond. The unsecured bonds carry a coupon of 3.7% due semi-annually. The issue will be repaid in ten installments of 1.5 million levs each following a two-year grace period.
