SOFIA (Bulgaria), January 8 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria s Financial Supervision Commission said that it has asked local diversified group Phoenix Capital Holding [BUL:0PH] to provide additional documents and information regarding its request for approval of a capital increase prospectus.
The regulator did not provide further details in its statement, published on Thursday.
In December, Phoenix Capital Holding said that it will seek to raise up to 9.9 million levs ($6.2 million/5.1 million euro) via a capital increase. The company will offer for subscription 1,000 new shares at a price of 9,900 levs apiece.

SOFIA (Bulgaria), December 18 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria s Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) said that it has asked local investment company Velgraf Asset Management [BUL:1VX] to provide additional documents and information concerning its prospectus for listing a bond issue on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
The regulator did not provide further details in its statement, published on Thursday.
This is the second time the regulator asks for corrections, after it also did so in November.
In July, Velgraf Asset Management issued a 20 million euro ($24.5 million) bond and said it intends to use the proceeds to purchase land and build a logistics centre.

SOFIA (Bulgaria), December 16 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria s Financial Supervision Commission said that it has entered a subsequent issue of 6,578,254 shares in Bulgarian Private Equity Fund [BUL:BPT] into the register of public companies.
Bulgarian Private Equity Fund can now seek the issue s listing on the regulated market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the regulator said in a statement on Tuesday.
Bulgarian Private Equity Fund s registered capital amounts to 19,734,763 levs ($12.2 million/10.1 million euro) following the increase.
The company raised some 6.9 million levs through the issue.

SOFIA (Bulgaria), December 16 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria s Financial Supervision Commission said that it has banned New Web Market s buyout offer for the remaining stake in Web Media Group [BUL:45W] it does not own. Following a review and analysis of the presented corrected buyout offer it has been established that it does not adhere to the requirements of the Public Offering of Securities Act, the regulator said in its decision, published on Tuesday.
Most of the deficiencies found with the offer relate to the applied price calculation methods.

SOFIA (Bulgaria), December 16 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria s Financial Supervision Commission said that it has asked local investment company Black Sea Star to provide additional documents and information regarding its request for approval of a bond listing prospectus.

Black Sea Star placed a three-year 4.5 million euro ($5.3 million) bond issue on August 14. The issue comprises 4,500 bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 euro each.
The bonds will be repaid in one installment on their maturity date. Interest will be paid quarterly.
