SOFIA (Bulgaria), May 14 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian diversified group Doverie United Holding [BUL:DUH] said that it has sold its 95.2% stake in Insurance Company Medico-21 for an undisclosed price.
Doverie United Holding did not provide further details in its statement, published on Thursday.
In April, Bulgaria s Financial Supervision Commission gave approval to local investment company Avesta Trade to become the sole owner of Insurance Company Medico-21.
As at 15:25 CET on Friday, shares in Doverie United Holding traded 0.39% higher at 5.20 levs ($3.23/2.66 euro) on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.

SOFIA (Bulgaria), May 13 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian medical consumables producer Momina Krepost [BUL:MKR] said that its majority owner - Medical Consumables, has revised its buyout bid for the remaining 100,533 shares in the company, or 5.94% interest, it does not control.
Medical Consumables is offering to pay 3.16 levs ($1.91/1.62 euro) per share, same as in the initial offer, Momina Krepost said in a stock exchange filing on Wednesday.
Last month, Bulgaria s Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) said that it has temporarily suspended the publication of the buyout offer and asked for corrections.
