The Haryana government on Monday announced that schools will reopen in the state for students of classes 3 to 5 from March 24, Wednesday.
As per an order issued by the Department of School Education on Monday, regular classes for Class 3 to 5 students would be held only for three hours daily from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM amid strict adherence to COVID-19 guidelines and SOPs.
The state government has also assured that online classes for the students will continue along with regular classes. Students who wish to continue their studies through the online mode, as has been imparted to them during the past 10 months, can avail of this facility as before.

Education ministry data showed that as of February 11, about 67 percent students of Class XII are attending physical classes across all the Kendriya Vidyalayas.

With schools across country starting physical classes with special focus on Class IX-XII students, the attendance count has seen an improvement according to new government data.
Education ministry data showed that as of February 11, about 67 percent students of Class XII are attending physical classes across all the Kendriya Vidyalayas.
Further, an average of 42 percent students of Class IX, 65 percent students of Class X and 48 percent students of Class XI are physically attending classes all over the country.

EVANSTON, IL Public elementary and middle schools in Evanston are scheduled to allow students to return next month for the first time since last March. Meanwhile, Evanston Township High School recently resumed some extracurricular activities, although the older students are set to stick with remote learning until further notice.
Evanston/Skokie School District 65 Superintendent Devon Horton said Wednesday that the district would begin offering an option of a hybrid of remote and in-person learning starting Feb. 16.
