At least 14,110 people received Covishield vaccine at the planned 207 centres in West Bengal on the second day of the vaccination programme Monday, even as 14 Adverse Event Following Immunisation (AEFI) cases were reported from different parts of the state,a senior health department official said.

Kolkata: The problem with the CoWIN app does not seem to stop. West Bengal again fell short of its target to vaccinate all frontline staff registered in the second list.
According to officials, problems in the Centre s CoWIN application was responsible for this.
The number of beneficiaries is less because of some communication problem. A health official told the Indian Express, The (CoWIN) portal was not working smoothly, and many of the selected recipients did not get the SMS. We have tried to call them over the phone.
