KUALA LUMPUR (June 27): The number of Covid-19 vaccine jabs declined to 187,877 doses yesterday, from 215,968 doses on Friday (June 25).
According to data provided by the Special Committee on Ensuring Access to Covid-19 Vaccine Supply (JKJAV), 132,279 first doses were administered yesterday, with 55,598 individuals given their second dose.
As such, the seven-day moving average for Covid-19 vaccinations now stands at 221,707 doses.
According to National Covid-19 Immunisation Programme (PICK) Coordinating Minister Khairy Jamaluddin, the government has revised its targets upwards to administer 300,000 doses per day from July and 400,000 per day in August.
