June 29, 2021 ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Fawad Chaudhry Monday said Prime Minister Imran Khan had directed him to contact the opposition once again on electoral reforms. He tweeted that Attorney General for Pakistan Khalid Javed Khan will give a briefing to the legal team of the opposition and the Election Commission on the highlights of the reforms and submit a report to the premier based on the opposition’s suggestions. Meanwhile, Fawad said rumors were spread by foreign networks, while a specific group in Pakistan s social media comments on them. “And then a PPP and PML-N leader reacts to the rumor in the media dutifully and thus a rumor is mainstreamed. It would be ridiculous to say that Zulfi Bukhari visited Israel as an army representative,” he noted.
