01/31/2021 Pakistan (International Christian Concern) – According to Morning Star News, advocates for a 12-year-old Christian girl found chained in the home of a 45-year-old Muslim man in Pakistan fear he will be granted custody of the girl by local courts. This comes after the Christian girl testified she had converted to Islam and married the man of her own free will.
On December 5, 2020, police in Faisalabad recovered Farah Shaheen, a 12-year-old Christian girl who was reportedly abducted from her family in June. Human rights activists reported Shaheen had marks of abuse on her body and was transferred to a shelter home by local courts.
Christian Sisters in Pakistan Found Murdered After Months of Harassment and Disappearance
01/12/2020 Pakistan (International Christian Concern) – Local reports in Pakistan claim two Christian women were found murdered in the Kahna neighborhood of Lahore after disappearing in November 2020. The family of the deceased claims the women were harassed by Muslim coworkers prior to their disappearance and murder.
The family of Abida Bibi, age 23, and her sister Sajida, age 25, claims the sisters were abducted after months of harassment from two Muslim coworkers.

Christian Brick Kiln Worker in Pakistan Beaten by Employer for Attending Church Service
01/10/2020 Pakistan (International Christian Concern) – On January 5, a Christian brick kiln worker named Ansar Masih was brutally beaten by his Muslim employer after he took leave to attend a prayer service over the holidays. The incident took place in Bonawala village, located in the Sheikhupura District of Punjab, Pakistan.
Masih told International Christian Concern (ICC) that he took leave on Christmas Day to attend religious services but worked the following Sunday to compensate. Masih reports that his factory manager was annoyed with him and abused him for taking time off.
Family Claims Christian Sisters in Pakistan Were Forcefully Converted by Employers
01/03/2021 Pakistan (International Christian Concern) – According to Morning Star News, the family of two Christian women in Pakistan claim their relatives were forcefully converted to Islam by their Muslim employers. The relatives report the employers are now not permitting them to see their relatives.
Maham Manzoor and her sister, Anum Manzoor, were sent to work as live-in house cleaners in separate Muslim houses in Lahore. Nasreen Bibi, Maham and Anum’s aunt, told Morning Star News that her nieces have been forcefully converted to Islam by their Muslim employers.

Arzoo Raja’s Abductor Released on Bail by Court in Pakistan
01/02/2020 Pakistan (International Christian Concern) – According to Morning Star News, the abductor of Arzoo Raja, a 13-year-old Christian girl taken from her home in Karachi, was released on bail last month. The 44-year-old Muslim man maintains he has not violated Pakistan’s laws against child marriage and child rape because Arzoo has attained puberty.
On October 13, Arzoo was allegedly abducted from her family home in Karachi by Ali Azhar, her Muslim neighbor. Arzoo’s parents reported the incident to local police and were informed two days later that their daughter had converted to Islam and married Azhar.
