Police were called out to a shopping centre car park after reports three women banned from the site were congregating in the area.
Officers say it followed reports of anti-social behaviour at the multi-storey car park within The Potteries Centre, in Hanley.

One of Stoke-on-Trent s biggest cinemas is to reopen this week.
Cineworld, at The Hive in Hanley, will reopen on Wednesday (May 19) after England entered the third stage of the Government s roadmap out of lockdown yesterday.
It will be showing new releases including Peter Rabbit 2, featuring the voice of James Corden, Mortal Kombat, Cruella and The Conjuring 3: The Devil Made Me Do It.

Bosses at Stoke-on-Trent s main shopping centre have revealed they are in talks with a number of parties over taking on the giant multi-storey store left empty by the departure of Debenhams.
The Potteries Centre in Hanley saw the shutters brought on Debenhams for the final time yesterday.
