Call it luck of the draw.
With COVID-19 forcing cancellation of all Victim Services Huron fundraising events, its 50/50 online raffle has proven a winning replacement.
And the third raffle launched this past Monday with the winner to be announced 10 a.m. March 29.
December’s winner, Amanda Blenkorn of Clinton was literally floored after winning $5,748.
She is using some of the money to redo floors in the home she purchased in 2019.
Deborah Logue ,executive director of Victim Services Huron, says the online raffle is a great way for the organization to raise money.
Tickets can be purchased at victimservices.5050.ca at 3 for $5.00, 10 for $10.00 or 60 tickets for $20.00.
