VT: If the arrest report is correct, and 4 guns were recovered, then targeting this car through racial profiling was…and even I am not going to finish this sentence. The problem….the hitting.  That’s assault and the other officers didn’t say a word about it. This might have been a perfectly good arrest, providing we have dashcam footage of littering and that may well exist.  If I littered, I would expect to be pulled over. Also, ask yourself, would you want this crew driving down your street? But then, the hitting…this is the sign of a corrupt department.  Then again, what I could tell you about that…
