Eight more Dallas-Fort Worth companies announced deals or expansion plans Wednesday:
Republic National Distributing Co., which considers Grand Prairie to be one of its main U.S. offices, is acquiring Opici Family Distributing, a fourth-generation, family-owned wine and spirits wholesaler operating in New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Florida, Maryland, Delaware and Washington, D.C. The deal is effective March 1.
