A 40-week structured training program for clinicians interested in entering the air medical industry will be offered at no cost to the student through a newly announced partnership between the former ECHO Future Flight Crew faculty and the Association of Air Medical Services.
Led by Academy director Shane Turner, the former director of ECHO Future Flight Crew, the Academy began in 2016 to provide education and training developed and presented by volunteer flight crew members from around the country. The new program, that will begin in the second quarter of 2021, will be led by 10 experienced instructors with the support of AAMS.
