Shooting of Bro Daddy has started in Hyderabad.
With the denial of shooting permission in Kerala due to the Covid-19 lockdown restrictions, shooting of many Malayalam films has been shifted to other states. Seven films, including one by superstar Mohanlal, are being shot in other states like Tamil Nadu and Telangana.
According to the Film Employees Federation of Kerala (FEFKA), an organization of film technicians, more than a thousand people in the film industry have lost their jobs due to the Covid-19 pandemic and lockdown. Other film producers are likely to be forced to relocate their film shooting to other states if the lockdown restrictions are not relaxed. If this happens, more than 14,000 people s jobs will be in crisis.
