She terms reports of collapse of health services shocking
Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee president Kumari Selja on Sunday accused the Bharatiya Janata Party-Jannayak Janta Party government of Haryana of failing to effectively deal with the situation emerging out of the spread of COVID-19 and creating a grave crisis for the people of the State.
Issuing a press statement, Ms. Selja said the reports of collapse of health services emanating from different parts of the State were shocking. “Had the government strengthened the health system in the past one year, people would not have been scrambling for hospitals, beds, ventilators, oxygen, and medicines,” said Ms. Selja.

The no-confidence motion moved by the Congress against the Bharatiya Janata Party-Jannayak Janta Party coalition government in Haryana was defeated by 55 votes to 32. The legislators voted along party lines with two Independents Meham MLA Balraj Kundu and Dadri MLA Sombir Sangwan supporting the vote of no-confidence.
Before submitting her nomination, she held a road show for about a kilometre to the Subdivisional Office. Thousands of people took part in the event, which saw posters with the Trinamool Congress’ new slogan “

Chandigarh, Mar 4: The budget session of the Haryana Assembly beginning Friday is likely to be stormy with the Congress geared up to corner the ruling BJP-JJP coalition over law and order and the Centre’s new farm legislation, while the government is set to bring a possibly contentious “anti-conversion” bill.
The session will begin with Governor Satyadeo Narain Arya s address. Khattar, who also holds the finance portfolio, will present the budget on March 10. Leader of Opposition Bhupinder Singh Hooda has announced that the Congress will bring a no-confidence motion against the government.
