Sheriff Craig Webre joined Parish President Archie Chaisson in honoring the 13 members of the crew that have either died or remain missing.They announced that all LPSO facilities flags will be flown at half-staff for 13 days.The lift boat capsized April 13 in stormy weather with 19 aboard. Six were rescued.Six bodies have been recovered and the seven who are still missing are presumed dead.
