On Sunday, the Ohio Highway State Patrol announced that five Northeast Ohio bars and restaurants have been cited for violating health orders.
Waterbury Coach House in Lakewood was cited for improper conduct- disorderly activity. Agents found that patrons and staff were not adhering to social distancing and that little to no COVID-19 protocols were in place. This is the second citation that Waterbury Coach House has received this year, the first came on Jan. 8.

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - As the winter storm is dumping several inches of snow on Northeast Ohio, officials placed parking bans on city streets.
This allows crews to clean and clear the roadways for travelers.
County snow emergencies have also been issued to warn residents of the severity of the storm in their area.
A WINTER STORM WARNING went into effect at 1 a.m. Monday and stands through 1 p.m. Tuesday.

COLUMBUS, Ohio (FOX19) - A Mt. Orab bar was cited Saturday for violating Gov. DeWineâs current health order.
The Bar was cited for selling alcohol after the current curfew, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
OSHP agents say the permit holder unlocked the bar door, letting in a group of patrons and unknowingly agents into the bar at 10:50 p.m.

CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Two Northeast Ohio bars, and four total were cited by the Ohio Investigative Unit Friday night after witnessing the violations.
MJK Tavern Inc., known as Around the Corner, Lakewood, received a citation for improper conduct – disorderly activity. Agents visited the establishment at 8:55 p.m. and observed egregious violations throughout the patio and in a separate building (all part of the liquor permit premises). Patrons were closely congregated throughout those areas with a lack of social distancing and physical barriers between groups of patrons.
