The fast-casual restaurant, at 2263 Broadhollow Road Unit 5, was created by Certified Master Chef Ken Arnone.
The restaurant opened in February 2020 but was forced to close at the start of the coronavirus pandemic before the chamber of commerce could celebrate its opening. The business reopened again in January.
