The U.S. Trustee's Office asked a Delaware bankruptcy judge Monday to reject Mallinckrodt's pre-petition proposed fee agreements with its restructuring professionals, including Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison LLP and Gilbert LLP, arguing that the drugmaker hasn't fixed the deficiencies that caused the judge to reject its previous fee request.

Take it from me: COVID-19 is not a hoax.
As many of you may know, last March I came down with a severe case of COVID-19. I spent 17 days in the hospital, including almost a week in critical condition in the ICU, hooked up to a ventilator. Alex Gakos: Shutterstock Washington DC-headquartered Crowell & Moring has called on Vice President Mike Pence and Cabinet members to remove Trump from office by using the 25th Amendment in the wake of the storming of the Capitol on Wednesday by Trump supporters. The top 100 US firm, which is known for its regulatory and policy expertise and employs more than 100 former government officials, followed several other top firms in condemning the violence, but went further by calling for Trump s removal and urging other law firm leaders to join it.

Patricia Lee Refo, ABA president, said: “Storming the Capitol and disrupting the procedure of certification is not a peaceful protest. It is criminal conduct. President Donald Trump and all other leaders must condemn this violence immediately, demand that it stop, and protect the safety and lives of those inside the Capitol.”
