An off-duty Baltimore County Police officer was charged with drunken driving after striking two people, including a 21-year-old woman who stopped to help another person who had initially been hit by a separate driver Sunday morning in Dundalk, police said.

A 31-year-old has died following being taken to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center after being struck on Pulaski Highway around 11:30 p.m. Friday evening.
Megan Frazier was struck by a 2019 Toyota Tacoma while trying to cross the eastbound lanes of the 1100 block of Pulaski Highway. The driver of the Tacoma remained at the scene, and according to the news release, Frazier did not cross at the crosswalk.
Frazier dies Saturday morning following her injuries. The Baltimore County Police Crash Team will continue to investigate the fatal crash.
