Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan is again speaking out against crime in the city and Baltimore City Mayor Brandon Scott is asking to meet about solutions.
Speaking to reporters on Tuesday, Hogan was asked about an incident that took place Sunday night in the city where two Korean women were assaulted at the Wonderland Liquor Store in Druid Heights. Surveillance video showed a man attacking the women with a cement block as they were closing late Sunday night. I was outraged, Hogan said. It was pretty hard to watch with two older women being smashed in the head with a cinderblock. We re going to get to the bottom of this.
