With this, China has sent a total of seven million Sinopharm vaccines to Bangladesh in three consignments. A total of four million doses of Sinopharm vaccine came to Dhaka from China in the first two consignments. In the first and third week of July, the national airliner brought the vaccines to the country through four flights. The government has bought 1.5 crore vaccines in three months from China s Sinopharm. Bangladesh will get another eight million doses of vaccine from Sinopharm. Apart from this, China has given 11 lakh vaccines of Sinopharm as a gift to Bangladesh in two phases. Tahera Khondoker said that after the flights landed at the Dhaka Airport yesterday and today, Biman provided all kinds of ground handling facilities.
