Rizuan passed away on Thursday night after contracting Covid-19 on May 1 and was placed in the ICU of Universiti Malaya Medical Centre.
Rizuan s wife, Tan Sri Madinah Mohamad, who is also the former auditor-general is also being treated at the same hospital for Covid-19.
RAMADAN and Aidilfitri bazaars in Kuala Lumpur will be allowed to operate throughout the movement control order, but with limited hours.
Federal Territories Minister Tan Sri Annuar Musa said Ramadan bazaars can operate for five hours, from 3pm to 8pm.
“To avoid overcrowding at the bazaars, the number of visitors at a time need to be controlled by giving queue number cards.
“The number of visitors will be determined by the number of stalls multiplied by three, ” he said at a press conference in Menara DBKL.
On the Aidilfitri bazaars, Annuar said traders could operate from 10am to 10pm.

LUMPUR: Ramadan bazaar stalls in the Federal Territories that enjoy brisk sales are advised to implement a numbered pass system to ensure their customers comply with the standard operating procedure (SOP) set.

pix) said the suggestion was made to ensure that the crowd of customers would continue to maintain physical distancing to curb the spread of Covid-19.
“For popular stalls, we urge the committee to discuss with them on how to improve their customers’ compliance because we still see customers crowding around.
“. and ensure that only those with numbers line up and only after they have been attended to, allow others in because we do not want crowds to form as that is our main concern,” he told reporters after checking out the Datuk Keramat Ramadan bazaar here today.

PUTRAJAYA: The Federal Territories Smart City Blueprint (MySmart Wilayah 2030) was launched today with the aim of drafting and steering the planning and development of smart cities through the application of digital technology in the Federal Territories.
Federal Territories Minister Tan Sri Annuar Musa said the MySmart Wilayah 2030 outlined 25 policies, 76 actions, 118 indicators and 25 Key Performance Indicators (KPI) involving agencies under the Ministry of Federal Territories (KWP).
The policies outlined encompassed seven main components, namely, smart governance, smart economy, smart living, smart environment, smart people, smart mobility and smart infrastructure, he said.
