New Delhi [India], February 11 (ANI): Amid the ongoing farmers protest, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said he understands the difficulties of farmers and believes only they can bring winds of change in the country. I am a farmer myself and understand their difficulties. Only farmers can bring winds of change in the country. Therefore, the empowerment, self-reliance and prosperity of our farmers is the prosperity of our country, he said addressing Jal Abhishekam program in Bhopal via video conferencing.
Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan was present at the inauguration of the program while Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar attended it via video conferencing.

LUCKNOW, India – Privacy issues have been raised since one Indian city rolled out plans for police to install cameras that use artificial intelligence to “read” expressions of women in distress and alert a nearby police station.
As facial recognition technology gains a foothold in the country, activists are questioning the police’s surveillance plans in Lucknow, the capital city of Uttar Pradesh state.
“Equipped with artificial intelligence, the cameras will perform multiple actions simultaneously capturing data, analyzing it and sending alerts when required,” said Lucknow police commissioner D.K. Thakur.

Anil Salvi, a resident of Damodar Nagar was missing since January 3, was among those picked up allegedly by the Municipal workers from the pavement on January 29 and dumped outside the city.
His wife Pushpa had also lodged an FIR at Chandan Nagar police station in this regard. I received a call from an unknown number and he told me about my husband s whereabouts. I reached the spot and brought him back, Pushpa told ANI.

Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan hailed the Union Budget 2021-22 as the budget of Self-Reliant India. All sections of the society have been taken care of in this Budget. I believe this is the Budget to turn the disaster into an opportunity during COVID pandemic, he told ANI.
Uttarakhand Chief Minister Trivendra Singh Rawat also lauded the budget for strengthening the vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat . Farmers have been provoked against agricultural laws. These agricultural laws are in the interest of farmers, he added.
