Airedale NHS Foundation Trust and Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust reported one death each. Both deaths were reported on Thursday, February 4. It means that the total number of hospital deaths in the district, according to NHS England figures, now stands at 772 - 536 at Bradford Teaching Hospitals, 234 at Airedale and two at Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust. Elsewhere in West Yorkshire, Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust reported one death, while Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust reported four deaths. Nationally, a further 537 people, who tested positive for the Coronavirus (Covid-19) have died, bringing the total number of confirmed reported deaths in hospitals in England to 74,786.

They will be taking part in the national tribute, tweeting: Earlier, a social media campaign had suggested tomorrow night to hold the national round of applause, but this has been brought forward to tonight instead.

In the Bradford district, flags of the council s civic buildings, including City Hall, fell to half mast today. Nationally, a further 707 people, who tested positive for the Coronavirus (Covid-19) have died, bringing the total number of confirmed reported deaths in hospitals in England to 73,619.
