The death, at Airedale NHS Foundation Trust, takes the total number of Covid-19 fatalities in the district s hospitals to 869. Airedale has now recorded 260 deaths, Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust has seen 607, and Bradford District Care Trust has recorded two. Nationally, a further three Covid-19 deaths have been recorded in England s hospitals today, taking the total number of deaths to 86,632. Across West Yorkshire, Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust has now recorded 940 deaths, Mid Yorkshire NHS Trust has seen 1,034 deaths, and Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust has seen 497.

The number of deaths at Bradford Teaching Hospitals remains 411, at Airedale it has stayed at 175, and Bradford District Care Trust has still seen just two fatalities. Nationally, there have been a further 289 fatalities, taking the total number to 43,537. Elsewhere in West Yorkshire, Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust has seen a further five deaths today taking the total to 622, and Mid Yorkshire NHS Trust has also seen five new fatalities, rising to 618.
