What is the opportunity?

You will be responsible for building our client base in the region, so consultative selling is a key skill needed for this role. You’ll lead a team of talented Financial Directors who are passionate about helping ambitious £2 - £50m private businesses climb their Everest and you’ll be involved in client account management.
From finding and showing clients how this can be a ‘game changer’ for their business, to finding exceptional Financial Directors who want to join the FD Centre movement, whilst continuing to engage and motivate the existing team, you’ll love sales, love finding leads, love your clients, and love the hunt! A great listener, and even better at asking great questions, you’ll wake up every day and think “how do I add value and do something special for my clients today?”
