RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) - Another arrest has been made in connection to a shooting that left a mother and her baby dead, along with three others injured.
Richmond police, with the help of the U.S. Marshals Regional Fugitive Task Force, arrested Kavon Bynum, 18, in connection to the shooting at The Belt Atlantic apartments in the 4000 block of Midlothian Turnpike on April 27.

A gunman wanted in a Lower East Side shooting in which a 75-year-old woman was struck by a stray bullet was busted in Tampa with some help from Facebook, police said Wednesday.
Once police identified Carlyle Herring, 42, as the suspect they scoured his social media postings for clues on his whereabouts. Herring, who lives in the Bronx, posted a pic and video of himself on Facebook with a pool and palm trees in the background.
A friend of his had the same images on her Facebook account and once they figured out she lived in Tampa the Regional Fugitive Task Force headed to Florida and nabbed Herring, police said.

ROCHESTER, N.Y. The New York State Police are investigating a police-involved shooting in the Rochester.
According to a release put out by the agency, members of the U.S. Marshal Regional Fugitive Task Force attempted to execute a parole absconder warrant on a person at 107 Fairbanks Street just after 11 a.m. Friday.
Investigators say the suspect was able to make his way to the residence next door and tried to hide in the basement.
They say when police tried to take the suspect into custody, he refused to follow the officer s instructions and claim he allegedly made an aggressive movement toward officers with a butcher knife.
