The incident took place around 2:20 hours. The fire brigade personnel are on site. One fire engine, two jumbo water tankers, one water tanker, and one rescue vehicle, and one JCB were rushed to the spot. The fire was doused in the morning and cooling operations are underway. The Regional Disaster Management Cell (RDMC) said that a total of 12 delivery tempos were parked in the godown for loading. The vehicles were loaded with lays wafers and Pepsi bottles, said RDMC.

Thane: Gas tanker topples near Ghodbunder Road, no casualties reported Thane: A tanker carrying propane gas toppled at Ghodbunder Road on Monday. However, no casualties were reported in this incident. The incident took place at around 11:15 pm, when a tanker (GJ06 AZ 8841) carrying propane gas toppled near Gaimukh area in Ghodbunder Road, Thane. The tanker was heading towards Jamnagar, Gujarat when the driver of the tanker lost his control leading to the accident, said an official from RDMC Thane. The police and RDMC (Regional Disaster Management Cell) team reached the spot with quick rescue team, fire engine and 4 hydra cranes after the department received an alert call regarding the incident.
