Frankie Thomas Granger, 27, was arrested at about midnight Wednesday, according to court documents filed in Chaves County Magistrate Court. He was subsequently charged with one count each of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs, refused testing; driving on divided highways; consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages in open containers in a motor vehicle, prohibited; and driving on revoked license with an arrest clause.
