WATERTOWN, N.Y. (WWNY) - New brokers have been appointed to lead a Watertown real estate business, which lost its owners in a deadly shooting last month.
Jennifer Flynn and Lorie O’Brien have been chosen to lead Bridgeview Real Estate Services. Both were previously associate brokers with the firm.
They continue the work of Maxine Quigg and Terry O’Brien, who were gunned down on April 28 in their office on Clinton Street.
WATERTOWN â Officer Josh Davis began looking for the shooter in each room he cleared â down to the basement without a flashlight â not knowing he was about to enter a deep flashback to the night his brother was shot in the heart.

Mr. Davis knew something big was happening last week when the words âclear the airâ came over his police radio, a phrase that means only one person can use it at a time. He then heard someone say: âHave her come out with her hands up.â

New York State Police reportedly found 55-year-old Barry K. Stewart dead in upstate New York just hours after he allegedly shot and killed two people at Bridgeview Real Estate in Watertown.
Stewart allegedly fled the scene, then shot and killed himself in Franklin County roughly 100 miles west of the scene of the original shooting, WWNY reports.
He was formerly a real estate agent at Bridgeview Real Estate, where the shooting took place. As recently as January, Bridgeview Real Estate posted a listing on Facebook that directed potential buyers to Stewart.
