GWADAR: It was a sight for sore eyes as the cricket stadium in the city, dubbed by many as the world s most beautiful one, hosted its first ever cricket match on Friday.
Pakistan, Britain agree to complete extradition treaty
Pakistan and Britain have agreed to complete the extradition treaty between the two countries at the earliest.
The understanding to this effect came during the meeting of Interior Minister Sheikh Rasheed Ahmad and British High Commissioner Christian Turner in Islamabad today (Tuesday).

On this occasion, British High Commissioner expressed satisfaction over Pakistan s arrangements to fight Covid pandemic.

ISLAMABAD:
Federal Minister for Interior Sheikh Rashid and British High Commissioner Christian Turner discussed on Tuesday finalising an extradition treaty between the two countries at the earliest.
The two high-ups reviewed the process in a meeting today in Islamabad, wherein they also discussed bilateral ties and matters of mutual interest.
Speaking on the occasion, the interior minister said the two countries enjoyed strong and profound ties, saying Pakistan gained great benefit from the security advice given by the UK.
On the matter of extradition, the minister said, It is unfortunate that those who deprive poor nations of their wealth seek refuge in larger countries.
