Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of a man at 11490 Harwin Drive that occurred about 5:30 a.m. today (August 2). The victim, Andrew Nixon, 21, was pronounced dead at the scene. HPD Homicide Division Detectives K. Fregia and D. Higgs reported: HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting at an apartment complex at the above address and found Mr. Nixon shot in his apartment.  A preliminary investigation indicated the motive was robbery.
