Police officers noticed Mollie Wright, 24, driving over the speed limit on January 28 in Southmead, Bristol.
The transport planner, from Filton Grove in Horfield, appeared at Bristol Magistrates Court on Tuesday and admitted drink driving.
Prosecutor Paul Kelly said: At 12.10am, police officers were on patrol in Pen Park Road. Travelling in the opposite direction was a Skoda Fabia which appeared to be going in excess of the speed limit.

A Bedminster Down mum stole more than £700 worth of Olay products from Sainsburyâs.
Emma Ogden, 31, admits twice stealing from Sainsburyâs in Portishead and twice driving while banned last year.
The mum-of-two, heavily pregnant with a third, appeared at Bristol Magistratesâ Court on March 4, via video link because of her condition.
Ogden, of Bedminster Down Road, received a community order, while the judge cancelled around £2,000 worth of past fines to let her âmove onâ.
