Prosecutor Tiffany Lawrence was yesterday revealed to be the partner of former Moloney MacCallum Abdelshahied (MMA) solicitor Shaune Irving, 38. Irving is facing 23 charges including 10 counts of fraud, two counts of money laundering, four counts of supplying a dangerous drug and seven other charges including perjury for allegedly giving false evidence to a secretive Crime and Corruption Commission (CCC) hearing into law firm principal Campbell MacCallum in January last year, and making false verified statements to police.

Date Time Stolen property recoveredin Brisbane north Police are looking for the owners of a stockpile of stolen items that were uncovered after a search warrant was executed on the home of an alleged property offender in Zillmere. On April 12 detectives from the North Gateway Property Team and Carseldine Criminal Investigation Branch arrested a 34-year-old man and charged him with 51 stealing related offences. Among those charges it will be alleged the man attended the front counter of a café in Taigum in December last year and removed two iPads used for ordering food. It is also alleged the man stole multiple wallets over a period of months and used the victim’s credit cards to make various purchases.
