Ventura County Sheriff s Office
VENTURA COUNTY, Calif. - Ventura County Sheriff s Narcotics detectives arrested two residents last week for their involvement in drug trafficking activities.
Earlier, detectives began investigating a 25-year-old Inglewood man and discovered he was responsible for transporting and distributing bulk quantities of methamphetamine and heroin to drug dealers and residents throughout the county.
On Friday, April 30, detectives collected information that indicated the Inglewood man would be delivering a bulk quantity of meth and heroin that day.
Detectives spotted the man s vehicle around 1:20 p.m. and pulled him over on the 2700 block of Teller Road in Thousand Oaks. They said they found a 21-year-old Oxnard woman in the passenger seat. Detectives believe the woman is also involved in trafficking narcotics.
