SAO PAULO (Reuters) – Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro, who is undergoing hospital treatment for a dead intestine after a nearly fatal stabbing in 2018, said on Friday he hoped to be “back in action soon” as doctors have yet to release a date.
Bolsonaro, 66, has been in hospital since Wednesday when he traveled from Brazil to Sao Paulo to receive treatment related to 2018 knife complications. When she should have emergency surgery after initial concerns, doctors now say she is getting better, with less surgery.
