A Buford man was arrested Thursday evening by Hall County Sheriff’s Office Deputies and is facing cruelty to children charges after he reportedly injured his infant son. According to a press release from the Sheriff’s Office, an investigation determined that 34-year-old Bryan Oswaldo Morales caused fractures to both of the baby’s legs. The release states the incident happened on Wednesday, Jan. 13, at Morales’ home in the 5,000 block of Magnolia Way in Buford. Investigators believe Morales was home alone with the baby on Wednesday. When the baby’s mother returned home Wednesday evening, she took the baby to the emergency room after seeing him in distress, according to the release.

Derreck Booth, a spokesman for the Hall County Sheriff s Office, said the condition of the child is unknown. The sheriff s office said the incident occurred Wednesday, Jan. 13, at Morales home in the 5000 block of Magnolia Way in Buford.
